Sanata Cookies

Heat Oven to 180 Degrees C.

Grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. In a bowl, beat together 120 grams of softened butter, 1 egg and 1 tsp. vanilla extract until fluffy. Add the entire bag of Cookie mix while stiring, until well blended. If mixture is too dry add more butter. Roll the cookie dough into 2 cm balls and place onto baking sheet. Bake for 10 min, or until edges start to brown. Cool on baking sheets or remove to cool on wire racks
